Snowflake Caviary

Skinny Pigs are active and outgoing.  They are very friendly and easy to handle.  They are a lot of fun to watch and interact with.  They're vocal and quick to let you know when they want something (like food).  To maintain their body temperature, Skinny Pigs eat a lot more than furred cavies, they also drink more as well.  Because they eat and drink more, more frequent cage cleaning can be necessary.  I've seen some adorable Skinny Pig sweaters for sale on the internet for people who want to take their piggies out and keep them warm.  Like people, Skinny Pigs can get dry skin, so applying a good lotion every couple days is necessary.  Use something for sensitive skin, or Udder Balm or Bag Balm work wonders (the piggies seem to love it too).  These guys are the clowns of the cavy world!
